Job Description:

We are seeking an Investor Relations & Communications Team Senior Administrative Business Partner to join us in our efforts to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
Schr--dinger has pioneered a physics-based software platform that enables discovery of high-quality, novel molecules for drug development and materials applications more rapidly and at lower cost compared to traditional methods. Our software platform is used by pharmaceutical and industrial companies, academic institutions, and government laboratories around the world. Our multidisciplinary drug discovery team also leverages the software platform to advance collaborative programs and its own pipeline of novel therapeutics to address unmet medical needs.
As a member of our growing Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations team, you'll take pride in playing an integral role in Schr--dinger's success. Your organizational, communication, and administrative skills will have a direct and immediate impact on our team and the organization as a whole.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide full administrative support for our SVP of IR & Corporate Affairs and team members handling tasks, including but not limited to calendar management (Gmail and Google Calendar), travel arrangements (TripActions), expense reporting (Expensify)
    • Utilize Asana to organize team projects and initiatives (prior Asana experience a plus!)
    • Aid in the execution of internal and external virtual and in-person events including investor meetings, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, R&D Days, workshops, team building events, press interviews and more
    • Join meetings and note action items for follow-up, communicating them in a timely manner, and seeing tasks through to completion
    • Annual Operating Plan (budget) management, including invoice tracking
    • Schedule and arrange all logistics for quarterly company earnings calls and global Quarterly All Hands meetings
    • Proofread and submit all company press release and draft investor conference press releases as needed
    • Establish relationships with external parties as the main contact for the team
    • Complete investor meeting follow-ups and file all notes into Nasdaq IR Insight (experience with NASDAQ IR Insight a strong plus!)

      What you should have:

      • Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, GCal, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Hangout, etc.)
      • A four-year college degree and 4+ years of relevant administrative experience preferred
      • Prior finance, investor relations, and/or corporate communications experience -
      • Ability to travel occasionally -
