motorists. Objective The Company is seeking a sharp, motivated
individual with attention to detail and ability to take full
ownership of assigned tasks. The Senior Accountant will play a key
role in the finance department perform a full range of tasks
including, but not limited to, banking activities, prepaids,
accruals, fixed assets, general expenses, month end activities and
other accounting related work. Essential Functions/Job Duties Work
as a key member of the finance department demonstrating a deep
understanding of professional accounting. Perform daily and weekly
cash accounting and bank reconciliations. Create and maintain
support schedules for prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and general
expenses. Manage all aspects of fixed assets, WIP tracking,
capitalization vs expense, depreciation, and disposals. Record
journal entries, review supporting workpapers, reconcile accounts,
and prepare month-end closing reports. Assist in preparing the
annual budget and semi-annual reforecasts. Prepare budget to actual
analyses on a monthly basis, interpret KPIs, and key trends.
Participate in month-end closing meetings with Management
(President and CFO). Work with external auditors for the annual
financial statement audit and tax returns. Prepare workpapers for
the financial statement audit. Maintain annual report calendar and
file online submissions on a routine basis. Collaborate with other
departments to obtain information needed to reconcile general
ledger accounts. Troubleshoot account reconciliation variances and
resolve timely. Ad hoc report analysis using extensive spreadsheet
skills including pivot tables, vlookup formulas, etc. Other duties
as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting. Minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience.
Public accounting experience or audit experience is a plus. Skills
and Abilities Ability to work independently and take full ownership
of assigned tasks. Knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP.
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks with daily,
weekly and monthly deliverables. Organized, detail oriented, and
quality-focused. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with
Google Office Suite or Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP
systems. Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment This job
operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely
uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands The physical

this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; occasionally lift or
move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Schedule:
