Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious local University, is in need of a Senior Program Coordinator for 40 hours per week for their MBA Center until at least June 30.The temporary employee will:

  • Provide office management and operational support for the center and the Specialized Master's team including managing email inboxes for MBA and specialized Masters programs.
  • Oversee day to day student employee projects and operations.
  • Answer phones and direct walk-in inquiries.The right candidate will also:
  • Support purchasing needs for student clubs.
  • Handle office supplies and other community engagement initiatives.
  • Liaise with Questrom Finance & Administration to review and process contracts for execution.
  • Pay invoices and process student reimbursements.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Great interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.*This is an in-person, 5 days a week position.
