• Competitive PTO plan!Job DetailsJob Details:We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Audit Senior to join our fast-paced financial team. You will play a crucial role in our finance department, helping to ensure that our financial operations and controls meet standards and are error-free. Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in tax law regulations, financial statements, and public accounting. Conduct detailed audits of financial statements and tax records in accordance with the latest accounting and auditing standards.2. Identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to resolve them before they become problematic.3. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to improve policies or operations.4. Review, assess, and analyze complex financial systems, procedures, and internal controls to ensure that they are operating effectively.5. Work closely with the audit team to plan and coordinate audit activities.6. Provide guidance and support to junior auditors, including training on audit procedures and techniques.7. Stay current with changes in financial regulations and legislation that may impact the organization.8. Work closely with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and in compliance with regulations.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification will be an added advantage.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in audit.3. Strong knowledge and understanding of tax law regulations and financial statements.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data.5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.8.
