cancer.General Description:As a Chief of Staff, you will support
the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Finance Leadership Team.
You will manage Finance team's priorities, overseeing internal
operations, leading/project managing key projects, driving culture
initiatives and supporting the CFO. Additional responsibilities
include thought partnership with CFO, preparation of materials for
Board of Directors meetings, executive team meetings, and other
large meetings of senior leaders at the company.You will be an
active and engaged leadership team member. You will be flexible and
able to adapt to the changing needs of the organization, working
together with the CFO to drive continuous improvement in
communication, innovation, and process simplification within the
Finance team and across the matrixed cross-functional organization.
Anticipating issues, formulating solutions and ensuring deadlines
are met are core responsibilities.The role will be responsible for
ensuring that key projects and initiatives are progressed quickly
and to a high standard - while also driving a collaborative culture
and striving to achieve strong cross-functional relationships and
alignment with senior level stakeholders, data-driven
decision-making; and operational excellence in delivery.Essential
Functions of the job:
- Support the CFO with thought partnership and preparation of
materials for Board of Directors meetings, executive team meetings,
and other large meetings of senior leaders at the company
- Act as an advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team
- Acts as the liaison between the CFO, other executives, and
stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring
involvement or decision-making at the proper time
- Ensure timely and effective completion of Finance projects and
initiatives
- Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline
operations within Finance, and to support Finance across the
organization
- Ensure Meeting Effectiveness: Drive agenda setting and allocate
time appropriately across topics, provide context to agenda topics,
and draft post-meeting minutes and assuming responsibility for
follow-up actions
- Lead initiatives and continuous improvement related to business
operations, including establishing best practices and assessing key
performance metrics
- Support the CFO in budget planning and management.
- Interface regularly with members of the Executive Team and
other senior leaders. Supporting and driving corporate and
enterprise strategy in concert with these leaders is criticalSkills

project management applications such as Microsoft Project and
Visio.Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 12-14+ years experience or Masters
Degree (strongly preferred) with 10-12+ years experience.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) required; fluency in
Mandarin a plus. Other Qualifications: -

$202,700.00 - $282,700.00 annually BeiGene is committed to fair and
equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are
determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate,
including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of
experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and
specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to
differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more
about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the
hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base
salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to
participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are
eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. All
