Center for Financial Inclusion: The Center for Financial Inclusion
(CFI) team is driven by our vision of a world where all people are
able to use financial services and participate in the economy to
improve their lives and prosper. We are looking for colleagues who
share our passion to join us on the journey. We are a small,
passionate team making an outsized impact by conducting rigorous
research, testing promising solutions, and advocating for
evidence-based change. Last year, we published nearly 50 knowledge
products and tallied impressive audience gains on social media and
the CFI website. We also host several events, including Financial
Inclusion Week (FIW), our flagship annual virtual gathering for the
global financial inclusion community. In 2022, FIW featured almost
400 speakers and over 3,300 registered participants-representing
2,000 organizations and 146 countries. CFI also leads the
Responsible Finance Forum, which hosts several global events each
year on responsible finance and consumer protection. Position
Summary This is a new position on CFI's communications team and an
exciting opportunity to help expand CFI's visibility. We're looking
for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent editorial
judgement, and a creative mindset to help shape our communications
and advocacy work. Our ideal candidate is inspired by our mission
and making a difference in the world, comfortable working on all
aspects of communications for an organization, and excited to roll
up their sleeves to toggle between a variety of roles-ranging from
copywriter to communications outreach campaign manager to
publications coordinator. We offer the opportunity to learn and
grow across all facets of nonprofit communications while
contributing to a nimble and fast-moving team.
