Drive, Windows, Gaming, Xbox, Edge, Bing, MSN, Surface and many

and collaborative leader to take a step back, look left-to-right
across the broad consumer portfolio to identify, pitch and drive
the next wave of investments and prioritization decisions. In this
role, you will have consistent and frequent communications with
Microsoft most senior executives. You will build and lead a team of
rock star business planners who are experts in strategic thinking,
analytics, exec communication and delivering
results.**Responsibilities****How you can make an impact:**+
Attract, retain, and grow a high performing Business Planning team,
while contributing to culture of the entire organization+ Develop
business cases for new frameworks, success definition and
investment and pitch to Microsoft's most senior executive team for
the entire Consumer business+ Work with senior executives and their
organizations to foster collaboration, alignment and drive positive
customer and business outcomes.+ Look across all levers of the
business including but not limited to inorganic moves, business
model innovation, product development, distribution, and marketing

path!**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ 10+ years of
experience in marketing, business strategy, business developmentor
other practical or functional experience (e.g., analytics, finance,
engineering)+ 3+ years of technology industry experience+
Demonstrated executive communication, presentation, and strategy
alignment experience.+ Demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous
environments and driving cross-functional teams.+ Experience in
developing business strategies through sound business judgement,
collaboration, data benchmarking and validation through research
and testing.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Demonstrated ability in
taking over scope in ambiguous environments by shaping own roles to
create maximum impact+ Experience in developing strategies for
large-scale, multi-product digital consumer portfolios+ Experience
in professional services (e.g., Consulting, PE/VC) that require
strong analytical skills and executive presenceMicrosoft is an
